When salmon go upstream in a river every year, it is a grizzly bear stream. Ah, all that salmon coming straight into their mouth having a delicious seafood dinner. Oh, so, so good. But do bears know something more than us humans do when it comes to gut health and living your best life? Say what? Is it possible that grilled salmon that you enjoy maybe more than just a delicious meal, could it actually provide you the health that you need to get you going and to really get you on the path? Do a healthy lifestyle. I know what you’re thinking. If it tastes good, oh it is too good to be true, to be healthy for you. Well keep watching cuz I’m gonna tell you why that salmon that you’re eating that you will love so much actually may be good for you.

No, it’s not some crazy fuel that NASA or SpaceX uses. No, no, no. We’re gonna discuss exactly why fish oil and omega-3 could be the key ingredient for your health. We’re gonna talk about four reasons why recommend to implement omega three s and fish oil in your diet and wait till number three. You may find this won’t make you want to move and move things smoother and get you going.

Guys, let’s talk about poop. So lemme tell you a story. Back in the 1960s, an old ancient story, but back in the 1960s, the Danish people came to realize that Inuits, which had a diet full of seafood, whale and other mammals from the sea, how to really healthy diet, their cholesterol was low, their good cholesterol was high, and they had a lot of these significant amounts of meats coming from things like fish, whales and I and mammals from the sea. In fact, what they came to realize is that the Inuits had actually one 10th of the heart disease compared to the Danish population. And people are thinking, huh, why is that the case? They’re having these certain meats?

What is going on? Now, diving deeper in the research, they actually found that the Inuit people actually had two ingredients in their food that made it more likely for them to not have heart disease. DHA and epa, these Sioux fatty acids were found to be key to maintaining a healthy heart and to living longer. And when you compared the amounts of D H A and EPA to the normal population, they’re having almost four or five times the amount in the foods at the ate compared to everyone else. So clearly the ones were doing something right. So what exactly is omega-3? No, it’s not some crazy code. There’s actually certain fat that’s found in fish like sardines, salmon, whales, things like that actually provides you an essential nutrient to actually allow you to build the building blocks for better heart health and gut health.

And going back to the story, D HHA and E P A were actually certain types of omega-3 fatty acids, which are classified as long chain fatty acids. And there are other types of omega-3 acids including alpha lipoic acid or ala, which typically found in plants like flaxseed and other vegetables and plants that are high in this particular fatty acid. And research has suggested those individuals that eat fish oil foods or foods that are high in fish oil at least twice per week, can substantially decrease your risk developing heart disease and decrease your risk of having hard problems as well. And this can decrease the amount of triglycerides in your body as well. It’s a win-win for everyone. There are four things I want you to know about fish oil and omega-3 fatty acids. Number one, order the fish. Just don’t fry it. Half fish at least twice a week.

Tuna, salmon, sardines, they are so, so good and they’re tasty and they’re good for you as well. Just don’t fry it cuz you’re gonna totally screw everything up if you do it like that. Number two, whole foods are best guys. Listen, I know everyone wants the easy way. Take a supplement, you’re all good. No, no, no, no, no. This is not the way to get the fish soil in your body. Have that food. Have your body actually break down those nutrients, eat that. It’s gonna make you feel fuller and it’s gonna be so much better for you than any crazy supplement you may want to try. So here’s what I want you to do. It is a great tip starting today. I want you to add salmon to your diet at least once per week.

Grill it, broil it, whatever you want. Just don’t fry it, add that to your diet. Enjoy that omega-3 fatty acids, get that fish oil, improve your heart, improve your joints, and get feeling better.
